So much to be thankful for!

This Thanksgiving brought our family and friends together once again... without all the hustle and bustle of last year's wedding but still all the fun! This post has the potential to be entirely too long so I will make it a short, but good one, because I will have more to post tomorrow.
My favorite things about Thanksgiving at the farm (in no particular order):
- the homemade monkey bread
- a kitchen full of food for continual grazing
- hot coffee on the front porch in the morning
- the mimosas we make in the morning after your hot cup of coffee
- green bean casserole
- the gravy
- frost on the ground in the morning
- eating, sleeping and then eating again
- the relaxing feeling that comes with being in the country

The monkey bread right before it goes in the oven...

Food... (Uncle Rob)

More food and thanksgiving feast preperations...

Last night while we were sitting in the hot tub underneath the beautiful clear sky we saw quite possibly, one of the biggest shooting stars, ever. This star was not just your average white shooting star that crosses the sky in about 2-3 seconds- it had red fading behind it as it ripped through the atmosphere for every bit of 6-7 seconds... it was beautiful.

Here are a few pictures I took over the weekend... and these are just a FEW, I have too many to post!

Uncle Chance and Owen...

The oak trees where Jeremy and I were married....

Henry in bed with mommy and Nona after a long day...

Owen and his daddy on the couch...

Uncle Jake!...

Doing what we all do best on Thanksgiving... lounging/piling on the couch...

Bath time!
Cousins together in the bathtub (kitchen sink)...

It was hard to get a picture of the two of them... In Henry's defense, this doesnt count for this Christmas because Henry doesn't know that "Santa's always watching" just yet! Precious cousins (Henry 19 months, Owen 6 months)

Goin' fishin'...
